Tram-Tek can
provide complete inspection services, including FAI
documentation in accordance with AS9102. Our quality area is the
central location for acceptance of incoming receiving, first piece,
in-process, first article, calibration and final product.
Equipment
includes:-3 Manual CMMs with QC-5000,
-2 Optical Comparators,
-Several Layout tables including height masters and gages,
-Larson [spring] Tester,
-Rockwell Hardness Tester,
-Complete hand tools, including bore gages, deltronics, gage blocks, micrometers, calipers, thread gages and specialty gages.
